Terms of service
Glossary of timeframes
- Business day: Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays in Mexico.
- Natural day: All calendar days, including weekends and holidays.
- Each section explicitly states which type of timeframe applies.
1. Digital plans
Digital plans are personal and non-transferable, with a license for personal use only.
Reproduction, distribution, sale, resale, publication, sharing, or uploading of content (in whole or in part) on any physical or digital medium, including social media, storage platforms (Drive, Telegram, etc.), or messaging groups is strictly prohibited.
Measures for non-compliance:
Jousfit may suspend or cancel access without a refund and pursue applicable legal or contractual action.
Duplicate purchase:
If you purchase two identical programs, you may request:
- An exchange for another program of equal value, or
- A refund for the duplicate program (within 7 natural days from the date of the second purchase)
Technical issues (broken links or access):
Email us at soporte@jousfit.com; we resolve within 1–3 business days.
No refunds for change of mind once access has been granted, except in cases of duplication or unresolvable technical failure.
2. Cancellations
You may request a cancellation only if:
- Your order has not yet been processed in the warehouse (i.e., no shipping label has been generated and it has not been prepared for shipment), or
- It is a duplicate digital plan.
If the label has already been generated or the order shipped, exchange or return policies will apply.
To request a cancellation, send an email to soporte@jousfit.com with your order number and reason.
3. Refunds (when applicable)
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval and product receipt (if applicable).
The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Exclusions
- Worn, washed, untagged items with odors or alterations are not eligible.
- Promotions labeled "final sale" are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
5. Resolution timeframes

Timeframes may vary during peak seasons or due to external factors (carriers, banks, etc.), without affecting your rights as a consumer.
6. Privacy and data protection
Documentation requested is limited to what is strictly necessary to verify identity and address in carrier-related cases.

7. Anti-fraud and policy abuse
Jousfit reserves the right to cancel orders, refunds, or access in cases of:
- Misuse of promotions or discount codes
- Fraudulent or repeat abusive behavior
- Detection of abuse of return or refund policies
These measures are in place to protect our customers and the integrity of our brand.
8. Scope and applicable law
- These policies apply to purchases made in Mexico.
- Any disputes will be governed by Mexican law, and in case of conflict you may contact PROFECO.
