The Jousfit Distributor Program aims to strengthen commercial relationships with our distributors and offer exclusive benefits based on their purchase level and commitment to the brand. By registering for the program, the participant accepts the following conditions:
1. Program Access
- Registration is done directly through the Jousfit online store.
- Upon completing registration, the user automatically gains access to the Online Level, which is the initial level within the program.
- After registration, the distributor will receive a collaboration agreement via email, which must be signed within the first two (2) weeks to maintain active participation in the program.
- Should the contract not be signed within this period, Jousfit reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the program and associated benefits.
- Participation in the program is personal and non-transferable. Each account must belong to an individual or company with real, verifiable, and updated information.
2. Automatic Level Scaling
- The system automatically assigns and updates the distributor level as accumulated purchase amounts defined by Jousfit are met.
- The benefits and discounts associated with each level are reflected directly in the visible product prices on the website.
- Level updates occur automatically, without the need for manual requests.
3. Minimum Purchase and Level Maintenance
- All distributors must place orders with a minimum purchase of $20,000 MXN.
- If a distributor does not make at least one purchase within a six (6) month period, their discount level will be automatically revoked, and they will return to the base level (Online).
- To maintain or increase their level, purchases must remain active and regular according to program guidelines.
4. Exclusive Discounts and Coupons
- Discounts are applied automatically to the visible prices of products based on the distributor's current level.
- Distributors may receive exclusive discount coupons, which will be subject to terms of use, validity, and availability.
- Discounts and coupons cannot be combined with other promotions, unless expressly indicated by Jousfit.
- Discount percentages, benefits, and prices may be modified by Jousfit without prior notice, with updated and public information always available in the store.
5. Payment Methods and Invoicing
- Distributors will have differentiated payment methods depending on their level within the program.
- The Jousfit store operates with a multi-currency and multi-language system, so transactions can be made in the currency available for each country.
- If an invoice is required, it must be requested at the time of purchase by providing complete and updated tax information.

Jousfit may request validation or partial advance payment for large volume or special orders.
6. Operating Conditions
- Selling below the minimum suggested price published by Jousfit is prohibited.
- Distributors must maintain an appropriate presentation of products and comply with good display and storage practices.
- Unauthorized use of visual material, brand, logo, or Jousfit identity elements is prohibited.

In case of non-compliance, fraud, or unfair practices, Jousfit may suspend or cancel the distributor's account without prior notice.
7. Validity and Modifications
- Jousfit reserves the right to modify or update the terms, benefits, or levels of the program at any time.
