Refund policy
1. Size exchanges (sportswear)
Timeframe: You have 7 business days from the receipt of your order to request a size exchange.
Availability: Subject to stock. If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose:
- Another product of equal value
- Store credit
- Refund (if requested)
Conditions: The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors or alterations, with original tags and packaging.
Shipping costs:
- Due to size preference: the customer covers the return and re-shipment labels.
- Due to Jousfit error or manufacturing defect: Jousfit covers both labels.
Estimated timeframes:
- Warehouse review: 2–5 business days after receiving the item.
- Re-shipment: 2–3 business days after approval.
How to request: Send an email to soporte@jousfit.com with:
- Order number
- Name of the item received and requested size
- Proof of shipping label payment (if applicable)
2. Incidents with sportswear and accessories
Timeframe: Report within 3 business days of receipt in case of stains, tears, or manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defect: Damage originating in the production or assembly of the item that prevents its normal use.
Not considered a defect: wear from use, discoloration from washing, damage from improper care or handling.
Required evidence:
- Order number
- Item name
- Photos of the item (all sides)
- Photos of the packaging it arrived in
Resolution: Jousfit may offer a replacement, repair, alternative product, or refund, as applicable.
3. Incidents with supplements
Timeframe: You have 3 natural days to report products that are open, missing security seals, or tampered with.
Applies only to safety incidents, broken seals, tampering, batch errors, or expiration issues.
Does not apply due to change of opinion, flavor, or personal preference.
Required evidence:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product (seals, batch number, and expiration date)
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Resolution: If applicable, Jousfit will cover replacement or refund, subject to availability.
⚠️ Important: If the product was opened by the customer and presents no safety issue, exchanges and returns do not apply.
