All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Mexico. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your orders to be processed. After that, it will take between 3 and 5 business days for delivery within the Mexican Republic, and between 15 and 30 business days for international orders (depending on the location).
Will I be charged taxes and customs? (International shipments only)

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order arrives at its final destination, and this is determined by your local customs office. RETURNS

Our policy lasts 3 business days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We aim for you to notify us as soon as possible if the product arrived damaged or if you would like to exchange it for another size.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
