What exactly is this program?
This is a comprehensive one-month program, or longer, as you can repeat it as many times as you need. (it won't be deleted or expire)
Each day, through videos, I will guide you step-by-step through each exercise, ensuring you perform the techniques correctly and safely. You won't be alone on this journey; I'll be with you every step of the way, motivating you and making sure you give it your all.
So if you couldn't attend the in-person class, I don't just have 1 class for you, but you'll have classes from Monday to Friday throughout the entire month!

- Guided workouts for a whole month. (training Monday to Friday)
- Healthy recipe books, where we transform fast food into fitness food (pizza, hamburgers, desserts, etc.) including the macronutrient distribution chart for each recipe.
