When is my order processed?

All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Mexico. We process orders Monday through Friday (we do not ship on weekends). Processing takes 3 to 5 business days from the purchase date, and shipping goes out the following business day. During sales or holidays there may be additional delays.

How long does delivery take?

After processing: 3 to 5 business days within Mexico, 5 to 8 business days to the United States, and 12 to 16 business days to Spain (our physical shipping destinations).

Will I be charged taxes and customs? (international shipments only)

Prices on the site are in US dollars and do not include import taxes. Your local customs office may charge duties and taxes when the order arrives; those charges are the customer's responsibility. We do not cover delays caused by customs.

RETURNS

You have 3 business days from purchase to request a refund or exchange (for example if the product arrived damaged or you want another size). After that window we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable products:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products (programs or recipe books)
  • Underwear

To complete a return we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we email you whether it is approved or declined. If approved, the credit goes to the original payment method (timing depends on your bank or PayPal).

Late refunds
